Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients, we kindly request a 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments that are one hour or longer, and a 24-hour notice for shorter appointments. Please note that cancellations with short notice or no-shows will incur a of 50% of the appointment cost to cover the therapist's time lost. Repeated occurrences may result in the inability to book future appointments. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
